Chef Stephanie's French Bread class was very educational, and we had such a good time. She was patient and very informative. I enjoyed the hands-on portion as well as the treats she had available for us. We will definitely take the skills she taught us and make our own breads at home. 10/10 experience! We plan to book another course with her in the future.

Chef Stephanie was an excellent hostess and she was well prepared as you would expect from a consummate professional. She did a fantastic job explaining the steps of her preparation and cooking process while showing us how to make the cookies and ganache. We even had the opportunity to participate in parts of the preparation and sample the finished product. I would definitely recommend her class to anyone interested in a cooking or pastry class. The class was not led by Monica but by a young 20 year old. He did a good job. The class was good and the food (NY strip steak and frites with arugula salad) was phenomenal. I didn't love that they put you in groups of 4 because we didn't get to participate in everything. All in all it was a nice date.

Chef Stephanie was fantastic. My daughters and I had a wonderful time, while learning new cooking techniques. I immediately came home and personally was able to put my education to work, making crepes and new sauces. My husband has a salt allergy so I was able to apply her teaching to my limitations on salt at home. The crepes have been a huge success for dinners, lunch, & breakfast. I even smoked my own fresh salmon tonight for crepes.

It was fantastic. I booked this event as a surprise for my wife who has been attempting to make the Macarons and not achieving the results she was happy with. We learned so much and really enjoyed how helpful Chef Stephanie was. She made leaning fun and gave us many pro tips we can use going forward. My wife is a great home baker, but she's always been a little gunshy when it comes to macarons. I took her to Chef Stephanie's kitchen (we booked together so I could learn a little too!), and had a terrific time. Chef is an excellent teacher - explanations were clear and organized, and full of smart "hacks" that resonated both with my wife, an experienced baker, and with me, a novice. We enjoyed hearing about her French upbringing and her professional journey as much as we enjoyed tasting our macarons at the end of the session. And my wife is looking forward to replicating her experience at home! Thanks!

Stephanie was so down to earth when we met her and she made us feel welcomed. I love that she is very efficient and explained everything well. My husband and I enjoyed the experience. I loved Chef Stephanie's cooking class! She is a great teacher and keeps an organized & clean kitchen. She taught us how to make two bread recipes & how to shape our bread into baguettes, epi, fougasse and several knots for our milk bread dough. We made dough and followed the steps until it was ready to bake, then baked it to perfection and got to enjoy sampling it! I would definitely take another class that she is offering.

Me and my father went to learn how to make macaroons and it was a amazing experience. Mrs. Stephanie gave lots tips and tricks on how to master the piping, and how long it would need to be cooked for. She also showed us how to make truffles with the remainder of the gnash. The macaroons where amazing and perfect. They tasted as if I was lifted into the air and resting on clouds. I loved every second of it.
