Cook a springtime menu with seasonal focus in this guided cooking session.
Cook a well-rounded spring menu in this interactive cooking class in Houston. With guidance from Chef Monica or a resident chef, you’ll marinate and sear steak, assemble an asparagus salad with crisp prosciutto, roast herb-seasoned potatoes and bake orange madeleines finished with chocolate. You’ll practice timing, seasoning and plating. This cooking class in Houston offers hands-on instruction you can easily apply at home.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

She holds an associates degree in applied sciences for baking and pastry & culinary arts from the Art Institute of Houston. With an extensive career in the industry, her true calling is sharing culinary wisdom with all. Chef Monica dreams of running a charming bed and breakfast where daily cookie baking brings joy to others.
