In this hands-on class with Chef Jan, you'll chop, wrap, and fry your way through Asia, and have the opportunity to taste many of the different flavors that the continent has to offer.
Chef Jan has created an impressive five-course Asian menu for you to prepare. A couple of recipes you can look forward to creating include flavor-packed chicken lettuce wraps with spicy hoisin sauce, and perfectly plump and chewy pork and mushroom gyoza complemented by a tangy sauce with a citrus snap that coats everything to glossy perfection.
