Take part in an interactive cooking experience, and create and indulge in cuisine from around the world in this hands-on class with Chef Cregg. Learn impressive and advanced techniques as you work your way through preparing a contemporary four-course menu.
You can look forward to learning the art of smoking foods as you create a smoked cashew beurre blanc for your Parisian gnocchi, as well as the trick to sous vide using a heritage pork loin. And for dessert — an unbelievable dish of poached nectarines.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
