Learn how simple ingredients come together to create the big flavors of iconic Italian cuisine.

In this hands-on class with Chef Neena, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Italian meal that is easy enough for weeknight family dinners and impressive enough to hold its own at a dinner party.

You'll begin with a simple, yet far from average arugula salad and a traditional bruchetta topped with punchy garlic and plump tomatoes. For the main course, a simple and incredibly satisfying pasta dish that is full of flavor despite its short list of ingredients. And for dessert, an authentic, light, and airy tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

An absolutely incredible experience! A must-try for anyone interested in learning how to cook with the incredibly talented and kind-hearted Chef Neena. Her beautiful home overlooking the Calabasas and Malibu hills is an experience on its own. Chef Neena taught us tricks and tips as she let us be as engaged as we wanted to be and we got to keep her renowned cookbook so we weren't scrambling to take notes in between. We were lucky to be joined by her sweet mom and her lovely family that joined in on the fun throughout. Our bride-to-be and the rest of us ladies will treasure this experience and implement Chef Neena's recipes for time to come!
