In this hands-on class, Chef Kristin is your guide as you explore naturally gluten-free Italian dishes. Chef Kristin will teach you everything you ever wanted to know about high-quality substitutes and using creative alternatives to accommodate these types of dietary restrictions.
Then, you will be creating each item on the four-course menu, which is gluten free and vegetarian. A couple of recipes you can look forward to include gluten-free chickpea pasta with fresh tomato, basil, and burrata, as well as a light and airy sabayon with seasonal fruit.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
