When it comes to healthy food, it is a myth that meals are always boring or have a bland taste. Chef Patsy is ready to provide you with skills to create outstanding healthy meals that are packed full of flavor in this hands-on class.
With Chef Patsy’s instruction, you will learn the skills and techniques to create two fabulous healthy dishes. First, surprisingly moist turkey meatballs with homemade marinara over fun and delicious zucchini noodles. For dessert, an easy to make strawberry yogurt gelato to satisfy your sweet tooth sans guilt.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
