We took the sushi class and learned how to do three types of rolls and hand rolls. Chef Paulo was super knowledgeable and approachable. It was a really fun experience learning how to cook the rice, cut the fish and other fillings, and learn how to roll them. We are all beginners and he helped make sure all of us were able to complete all of our rolls. I would absolutely recommend the class and chef Paulo personally

Chef Paulo was awesome!! He was spot on in teaching us the basic of sushi making so we can make a variety of sushi rolls in the future. And we got a bonus of learning to make a hand roll. He was also very flexible and responsive in working with us on the menu/fish options. 10 stars would highly recommend and do it again!
