Cooking Class - Essential Savory Baking Techniques

Chef Rachel teaches you how to make a spread of savory baked favorites from scratch.

Join this hands-on cooking class to make impressive baked recipes that are both savory and satisfying. You’ll learn useful kitchen techniques so you can recreate these delightful recipes for family and friends.

First, Chef Rachel will teach you to make pão de queijo, a Brazilian cheese bread bursting with authentic flavor. You’ll also craft crispy fritters made with sweet corn, cheese and fresh cilantro with a creamy avocado dipping sauce. Lastly, you’ll learn how to bake a fluffy Italian focaccia bread topped with colorful and artfully placed vegetables.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
