In this interactive cooking class, you'll join Chef Rachel for an exploration of French cuisine highlighting the region of Provence. This rustic meal elevates classic ingredients with a traditional style of French cooking.
Begin by practicing knife cuts and exploring flavor combinations in a bright and earthy country salad featuring beets, feta cheese and lemon-Dijon vinaigrette. For the entrée, learn how to perfectly roast a whole chicken with hearty root vegetables, herbs and butter. Finally, prepare classic French beignets topped with a delicate dusting of confectioners' sugar.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Rachel arrived right on time and we started cooking. It was a really enjoyable experience and we will do it again. I learned some new techniques for preparing chicken and got a little comfortable with frying with hot oil. The meal turned out great and it was delicious.
