Travel on a culinary journey will Chef Lan. She will take you on an experience that will please all of your senses.
Head out to another land, far away, as you experience the aromas, sights, and tastes that mimic the streets of Saigon and the small villages of Vietnam. As the chef shares her personal experiences in this region, you will learn the history behind Vietnamese cuisine and how delectable it can be. As you prepare an authentic meal in this hands on opportunity, your mouth is going to water.

Chef Lan is very fun and friendly. I really enjoyed her explanations on dumplings. She also makes her red chili sauce from scratch and it’s amazing!
