Cooking Class - Hunter's Game Night Gathering

In this hands-on class, Chef Eric unpacks the methods of proper meat preparation.

Calling all hunters! In this class, Chef Eric will share the intel necessary to beautifully construct and present a variety of meat-centric dishes using lamb. He will start by explaining the basics of how to identify cooking methods by looking at where muscles are located on the animal.

You will cut steaks, grind the trim, and pipe sausages. Chef Eric enables you to work as a team with rotating tasks so everyone gets to try their hand at different knife skills as well as using the meat grinder and saw.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
