Master handmade Italian pasta and create classic Cacio e Pepe in this cooking class.
In this cooking class, you’ll learn how to make authentic Italian pasta from scratch using flour, eggs and water. Your chef will guide you through kneading, shaping and cooking fresh pasta before introducing the simple magic behind traditional Cacio e Pepe.
You’ll create a silky sauce with pecorino cheese and cracked black pepper, then toss it with your handmade pasta for a meal full of Roman flavor.
