WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn pasta-making techniques in this cooking class and craft Italian favorites.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Juwanza will guide you through the satisfying process of making fresh pasta from scratch. You’ll begin by combining semolina flour, eggs and olive oil to form a smooth pasta dough, then practice kneading, rolling and shaping it into classic pasta styles.

 

As the pasta cooks, learn how to prepare two delicious sauces: a creamy Alfredo and a rich Bolognese. Finish by tossing your handmade pasta with your favorite sauce, adding Parmesan and sitting down to enjoy a comforting Italian-inspired meal made entirely by you.

Beverages are available for purchase to enhance your experience. Guests must be 21+ to attend.
