Cooking Class - Thai Cooking Techniques
This hands-on cooking class focuses on traditional Thai ingredients elevated to the next level with smart cooking techniques and a few contemporary touches.
Begin by making chicken larb bites with the dynamic combination of brown sugar and basil atop crisp lettuce. You’ll also make pad ka prao, a spicy beef dish served with a fried egg and fluffy rice, sided by charred broccoli tossed in soy sauce and red curry paste. End your meal with creamy coconut milk and Thai tea panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Chicken Larb Bites
With fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, basil, cucumber and lettuce
Pad Ka Prao
Spicy ground beef with basil, fish sauce, soy sauce, a fried egg and white rice
Charred Broccoli in Caramel Chili Sauce
With soy sauce, red curry paste, fish sauce, butter and sugar
Thai Iced Tea Panna Cotta
With coconut milk and sugar
