Cooking Class - A Taste of Dim Sum
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Eric, you will learn how to prepare three classic dim sum dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Chinese culinary techniques and recipes.
Some of the dim sum dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include traditional spring rolls, sweet and salty Chinese barbecue pork buns seasoned with honey, soy sauce and Chinese five spice, and a creamy, dairy-free mango pudding brimming with fresh mango flavor for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
