Master sushi rolling in this cooking class with Chef Juwanza.

In this cooking class, you’ll learn how to prepare fresh sushi using classic Japanese techniques in a lively local venue. You’ll practice seasoning sushi rice, slicing fillings and rolling picture-perfect sushi that looks almost too good to eat, almost.



As you build colorful rolls with fresh ingredients, you’ll gain confidence using bamboo mats and proper knife skills for clean slices. You’ll discover simple techniques that make homemade sushi both approachable and impressive for future meals.
