Cooking Class - Splendid Spanish Tapas
This fun, hands-on cooking class will transport you to the charming streets of Barcelona! Chef Joshua Elias will teach you how to whip up an eclectic variety of amazing Spanish tapas—dishes that burst with distinct, delicious flavors.
Start by making an olive salad, complete with fresh oranges, pralines and mint. Next, prepare a seafood plate known as gambas al vieira, comprised of perfectly sautéed shrimp, scallops, garlic and fresh herbs. For the main course, indulge in an authentic Spanish paella packed with fresh clams, shrimp, mussels and savory herbs. For dessert, delight in a sweet and creamy flan de caramelo.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
