Great hands on experience.
Chef Eric was very fun, and taught us how to make delicious food. We’ve tried making similar dishes at home before with little luck, but after this experience we’ll be pros in no time ;)
The class focused on wonton, gyoza and dumpling preparation. Overall, the skills and tips acquired were useful to repeat it successfully at home the following day.
A big disappointment was realizing that the person leading the cooking class had no idea that the group was going to include 16 people. The leading chef appeared distressed by this and claimed they had no idea (I then wonder what purpose the reservation list has?) and had to be asked to set up two extra working stations so that everyone could enjoy the time we all paid for.
Overall enjoyable experience, but several organization flaws were evident, which should/could be easily fixed in the future.
Eric was super knowledgeable and patient! The food we made was delicious and we had a great time! Would recommend!
