Start the season off right with a hands-on cooking class that turns up the heat on your skills at the grill. Chef Kevin leads an informative workshop that gives you everything you need to turn your backyard into a gourmet haven.
Participate and uncover the secrets of maximizing flavor using sauces, seasonings and live fire across a variety of dishes. Learn to prepare grilled avocado, Mexican street corn, succulent fruit with caramel sauce and craft a zesty slaw to complement your meal.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
