Cooking Class - Classic Pasta-Making Workshop

Elevate your favorite spaghetti, tagliatelle, ravioli and tortellini recipes with homemade pasta!

Mix, roll, shape and cook your way to the perfect pasta dishes under the guidance of Chef Kelly in this hands-on pasta-making cooking class. Across four courses, you'll make a variety of traditional pastas with only flour, eggs, salt and water for the dough, and using a pasta machine as well as hand-cutting pasta.

To begin, you'll prepare a classic spaghetti noodle and a thick tagliatelle. Then, you'll master the art of rich and flavor-packed beef ravioli, and learn how to perfectly fold tortellini pasta filled with fresh spinach and cheese.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kelly was a wonderful teacher and created a really fun atmosphere. The pasta was DELICIOUS and we had plenty to take home to eat this week! The other pair that joined for the class was very fun, and overall it was a great experience. I'd highly recommend.
