What You'll Do

Learn how to make homemade pasta from scratch in this immersive cooking class in Palo Alto.

Make fresh pasta the center of a seasonal dinner in this hands-on cooking class in Palo Alto (The Bay Area). You’ll prepare pasta dough from scratch, then use it for farfalle with roasted sweet corn, bacon and crème fraîche. You’ll also make linguine with shrimp, cherry tomatoes and basil and toss a nectarine and mixed green salad with white balsamic vinaigrette. Chef Andrea or a resident chef will guide you through dough mixing, shaping and sauce techniques. This cooking class in Palo Alto (The Bay Area) is perfect for pasta lovers.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

This class exceeded my expectations. I now know why some of the techniques used have fallen below standards, it's because I hadn't been shown or taught the appropriate method.
