This fun and enticing class is perfect for anyone who loves tacos and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen. Chef Nikki teaches guests how to get creative with some truly gourmet taco recipes.
Join Chef Nikki and learn how to make Kahlua shredded pork tacos with pineapple salsa, citrus grilled chicken tacos with chipotle crema, and jerk shrimp tacos with mango, avocado and jicama slaw. Then you'll curb the heat from those tacos with an icy strawberry limonata sorbet.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
