Learn how to create a crowd-pleasing brunch spread that’s equal parts comforting and elevated with this hands-on cooking class. You’ll prepare a marinated bean salad, crispy buttermilk cornmeal waffles with whipped honey butter and perfectly seasoned fried chicken tenders.

Build layers of flavor with roasted potatoes and a cherry-cheesecake yogurt parfait while exploring techniques such as proper dredging, waffle-batter balance and make-ahead preparation. Chef Hannah was so great. It was my nieces 13th birthday and she loved this experience so much. We cooked so many great dishes and had fun learning some new techniques. Would definitely recommend for anyone interested in doing something new and learning some skills in the kitchen. Thanks again chef Hannah!

My favorite moments was just chatting and getting to know Hannah, she created such a beautiful and inviting atmosphere she made it very easy for us all to relax and enjoy the company. We learned so much about French cuisine and how to prepare in particular our French onion soup she showed us different cutting techniques like a “roll cut” what I really stuck with was when showed us the easiest of making a crème Bruele I’ll make that all the time now! Overall I loved would recommend it again, and I actually plan going to one of Hannah’s lovely dinners soon. Thank you so much for this experience.

Surprising my partner with a date night for our anniversary was the best decision, and using Chef Hannah made the experience absolutely unforgettable. Everything about the night was fantastic—from the incredible food to learning how to prepare each dish and enjoying great conversation with Hannah. It was such a fun, meaningful experience, and I truly can’t wait to book another class with her. She is such a warm, talented, and engaging chef who made the entire evening feel special from start to finish.
