We know that Italians are legendary for their feasts. Indulge in recipes inspired by the Eternal City and learn techniques to recreate in your kitchen at home. Travel to France for a couples class to practice classic techniques which are the basis for all cooking. A variety of dishes are offered each week that are in keeping the season.
