A seasoned culinarian, Chef Hassan has been honing his talents for the better part of 10 years, focusing on cuisine from the Mediterranean to the Middle East. Growing up in a family of cooks, Chef Hassan will share secrets of specialty techniques and knowledge of local ingredients.
France’s reputation for food is unsurpassed, and Chef Hassan is thrilled to share some of the most iconic dishes of the country. This meal will allow you to experiment with delicacies like escargot in a traditional butter sauce followed by a staple Niçoise salad. Explore flavors from Dijon with a spicy Cornish hen and then cap off the meal with a crêpes Suzette.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
