Cooking Class - Indian Grilling 101
Join Chef Parsati as you explore traditional recipes of India while sharpening your grilling skills. Across four courses, you'll get interactive hands-on experience using fresh and exotic ingredients.
Begin by preparing three grilled dishes flavored with classic Indian spices, including fresh grilled green beans and tandoori potatoes with mint sauce, grilled cheese naanza and grilled chicken kabobs with pickled onions for the entrée. For your side, Chef Parsati will teach you how to prepare saffron rice. Sweet and simple fruit custard will be made for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
