Have you always been interested in baking bread from scratch? Chef Eric is excited to share his knowledge on the basics of bread baking, and the proper jams and jellies to pair each bread creation.
Your experience begins with a classic French bread, followed by enriched brioche-style bread. Continue with a crisp and moist traditional baguette, then bake a light and fluffy focaccia. Create a zesty cheese and garlic flatbread followed by mouthwatering hamburger buns, easy white bread, and wheat bread that will serve as the perfect canvas for your favorite flavors.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
