Have you always been interested in baking bread from scratch? Chef Eric is excited to share his knowledge on the basics of bread baking, and the proper jams and jellies to pair each bread creation.

Your experience begins with a classic French bread, followed by enriched brioche-style bread. Continue with a crisp and moist traditional baguette, then bake a light and fluffy focaccia. Create a zesty cheese and garlic flatbread followed by mouthwatering hamburger buns, easy white bread, and wheat bread that will serve as the perfect canvas for your favorite flavors.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

It was not the class I expected. We were too many people and we watched for a very long time before we cooked. Didnt felt like I was participating. The chef is very nice and competent.

We had a wonderful time! Chef Eric is definitely who you want to have for a cooking class! Equal parts helpful and equal parts wanting you to do it which is a great combination. Absolutely recommend and the food for the Spanish cooking class was delicious!

A native of Los Angeles, Chef Eric graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. He has staged with Chef José Munisa at Via Veneto, Barcelona’s longest-running 5-star restaurant and Chef Joseph Russwürm at Munich’s Hotel Kempinski.
