Give the young culinary minds in your family a week to remember with this five-day summer cooking class. Guided by a world-class chef, your future foodies will get hands-on with advanced cooking techniques, like proving enriched dough, kneading fresh pasta, decorating cakes and more. They’ll strengthen their food preparation and kitchen safety skills, and by the end, will have earned a certificate and a printed menu to take home. More than that, they’ll have gained valuable kitchen skills that’ll stay with them for a lifetime.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
