With a renowned chef as your guide, you’ll learn their most closely-guarded culinary secrets as they teach you to prepare an authentic family-style feast. On the menu? Carne asada fajitas, Mexican street corn, homemade corn tortillas and a recipe for guacamole that’s sure to have your foodie family coming back for more.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
