What You’ll Do

Level up your end-of-week takeout with homestyle takes on your favorite dishes.

Ditch the takeout menu and learn to cook your Chinese favorites as a family in this dedicated and delicious cooking class. Under the guidance of a renowned chef, culinary kids (aged seven and up) can join their parents in sharpening their kitchen skills while learning dishes worthy of their favorite Chinese takeout. On the menu? Authentic vegetable lo mein, chicken and chive dumplings with ginger dipping sauce and an orange sorbet for dessert.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 7+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
