A decadent feast with a healthy twist
Learn how to create light, healthy versions of your favorite comfort food classics. Chef Danielle will guide you through a menu of luscious, satisfying recipes that you can easily recreate at home.
The meal begins with a fresh kale and cabbage slaw, laced with bacon and dressed in a tangy Greek yogurt dressing. Cook crisp, golden oven fried chicken paired with a truffled white cheddar mac and cheese made with whole wheat pasta and a luscious cauliflower Bechamel sauce. You won’t miss dairy or gluten with Chef Danielle’s famous gluten-free apple pie a la mode served with vanilla bean coconut ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This girl is my absolute favorite! She is incredibly real and inspiring, loves food, loves people, loves her family. On top of that her food is so delicious, I was just supposed to try a bite at one point and I almost licked the plate. If you never do another class do her class. She's amazing.
