Learn essential techniques to prepare fresh California and spicy tuna rolls, starting with knife skills to chop ingredients like avocado, cucumber, tuna and crab. Master the art of making perfectly seasoned sushi rice and layering ingredients on nori seaweed. Add flavorful touches like cream cheese and kanikama before rolling and slicing your sushi into bite-sized perfection. With expert guidance, gain the confidence to recreate these classic rolls at home and impress your friends with your sushi skills.
