Cooking Class - Traditional Tapas and Paella
Join Chef Maggie as you discover how to prepare and serve classic tapas for a dining experience worth recreating with friends and family. True tapas dining is all about sociability, relishing a wide variety of flavors and textures and enjoying them alongside good company.
Begin by handcrafting a classic Spanish tortillas, followed by a Spanish-style bruschetta and crispy ham croquettes. Next, discover the secret to creating the perfect Spanish paella with juicy chicken and infused with garlic, lemon and saffron, before preparing a beautiful platter of sweet, cinnamon-dusted churros.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
