Learn to create Spanish dishes to share with friends and family in this hands-on class.

With an authentic Spanish emphasis, Chef Maggie teaches you how to serve up tapas true to their origin. True tapas dining is all about sociability, creating a parade of small dishes and relishing a wide variety of flavors and textures to be enjoyed alongside good company. Tapas are meant to be shared—as is the experience of eating them.

Begin by handcrafting classic Spanish tortillas, followed by classic bruschetta and crispy croquetas de jamón, a type of traditional Spanish cured meat. Next, prepare a hearty, Spanish paella for the main course and end with a platter of sweet, cinnamon-dusted churros.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Best experience! Chef Maggie was absolutely wonderful. Maggie was friendly, knowledgeable, and a great teacher! The recipes were delicious and Maggie made sure to attend to all 10 of us and our questions. She simply made this night for us so much fun…we loved every second of it!

We were unfortunately not able to do our class because of issues in the building where it was to be held, but Maggie was wonderful for the whole experience of trying to make it work regardless. I can only imagine what she is like as a teacher. If you want to take a class, this woman is amazing. Do it. Don't hesitate. Do it.
