Pasta doesn’t have to be a heavy meal. Learn fresh, seasonal recipes for this comfort dish with Chef Anja, who went to cooking school in France and apprenticed at Michelin Star restaurants.
In this cooking class, you’ll start off by making a healthy quinoa salad, then move onto the main courses for the evening with a pesto-topped pappardelle and a roasted orange butternut squash ravioli. You’ll finish the evening with unique and decadent goat cheese-stuffed dates, and come away with a few new ways to make this Italian favorite.
