In this class, vegan food expert Chef Ron will teach you how to create plant-based dishes and all about the benefits of eating raw.
This experience outlines how a vegan does Mexican food. Learn veggie-based twists on classics such as nachos, where you’ll use jicama for chips, and sunflower seeds to reinvent nacho cheese using. You’ll also try your hand at fajitas using red peppers, onions and zucchini in romaine "tortilla" shells. Taste Mexican food like you’ve never had it before, and learn a few advanced vegan cooking skills in the process.
