WHAT YOU’LL DO

Craft a comforting spread of delicious Italian delights during this hands-on cooking experience.
Join the talented Chef Michael in this engaging cooking class, as he helps you create an inventive menu of comforting Italian dishes. Your main course will be Chef Michael's family recipe of porchetta, which is perfectly seasoned with a variety of fresh herbs and lemons. Complementing the pork will be a vibrant side of roasted broccoli served with a garlic lemon sauce. Make sure to save room for dessert, where you'll bake a wonderfully decadent torta caprese, made with chocolate, powdered sugar and fresh berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
