Bring your culinary skills to the next level with a colorful Italian menu.
This fun and interactive cooking class explores the art and flavors of traditional Italian cuisine by adding a summery twist. Start by expertly chopping tomatoes and onions to create a colorful Panzanella salad paired with Tuscan bread and drizzled with olive oil and vinegar. You'll learn how to steam and prepare wild mushroom risotto with Parmesan cheese and butter. End this savory meal with a sweetly decadent chocolate cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
