Learn how to make your own pasta completely from scratch in this interactive cooking class. With Chef Jimmy, you’ll be creating your own authentic pasta in no time. To start, you will create your own pasta dough with flour and eggs. Then, Chef Jimmy will lead you through traditional techniques for rolling and slicing your dough into the perfect noodle shape. Finally, you will learn how to create three different pasta sauces, cacio e pepe, carbonara and pesto, to transform your pasta into a full-fledged meal.

The cooking class is set in a brewery. Ready your aprons for a dash of fun in this pop-up cooking class!

Chef Jimmy and his soux chef Henry were phenomenal. We couldn’t have failed if we tried. With proper instructions and attention we made excellent dumplings.

Chef Jimmy was great however the venue was poor. Most cooking classes you are more involved and can see and hear the chef as they cook. Didn’t feel very sanitary in the middle of a brewery. Table was too short and hurt the back. Chairs were a joke. I do not feel the class was worth the money at all.

Chef Jimmy did an excellent job teaching us how to make Dim Sum Dumplings. The venue was sub par as it was in the back of a brewery and did not have proper work surfaces and seemed unclean. Jimmy did the best he could do with the area he had to work with.
