Gather your team to learn how to make fresh ravioli for the holidays in this hands-on cooking class. A professional chef will teach you how to transform homemade pasta dough into savory ravioli bites. Create two iconic ravioli recipes: A butternut squash with creamy butter sage sauce and a classic herbed ricotta with zesty tomato-pancetta sauce. Then, round out your meal by tossing a refreshing arugula salad with crispy pine nuts, pears and gorgonzola for your side dish.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
