In this interactive cooking class, Chef Franco will teach you all about the proper methods for crafting Japanese cuisine favorites. Enjoy the fruits of your labor again and again as you utilize these techniques to prepare recipes for friends and family.
First, learn how to properly slice fish for salmon and avocado rolls. Use your newfound sushi-rolling skills again as you prepare a California roll. Then, Chef Franco will showcase how to brew miso paste in broth, along with green onions and tofu. Finish your cooking journey with the popular Japanese snack Taiyaki — fish-shaped cookies with sweet bean filling.
