In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Corey brings a love for tacos and a Texas childhood to the recreation of Tex-Mex traditional fare that features four courses of distinct dishes.
You'll first marinate black cod in citrus juices for a ceviche enjoyed with homemade chips and pico de gallo. For the main course, cook up beef, chicken and shrimp for combination fajitas cradled into freshly made flour tortillas with roasted peppers, and prepare your own spicy coleslaw infused with jalapeños. For dessert, put a local spin on crème brûlée with the flavor of Mexican vanilla.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
