Master the Japanese art of sushi making with basic techniques to improve your knife skills.

Learn how to assemble hand-crafted sushi in this intermediate cooking class taught by Chef Jordan. Discover the rich history of sushi, which began in Southeast Asia, while learning valuable knife techniques for preparing fresh fish at home.

Sushi is a versatile Japanese dish with a wide variety of styles and presentations, but arguably the most important ingredient to any sushi dish is the rice. Chef Jordan will teach you how to perfectly cook white rice before preparing crunchy shrimp tempura, sushi rolls, hand rolls and vegetable rolls.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
