Start by kneading and slicing your dough, then fill it with pork and seal neatly with a row of tiny pleats. Then, Chef Li will show you how to steam your dumplings, which you will enjoy alongside soup and cucumber salad. Finish your meal with a poached pears and rock sugar.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
