Create a traditional Asian menu with thoughtful dishes chosen from an array of beloved cultures.

Chef Cregg brings his special touch to Asian dining in this hands-on cooking class. He'll demonstrate his take on time-honored techniques for preparing a host of gourmet specialties.

Take your culinary talents to new heights while creating your own spring rolls with a savory peanut dipping sauce, and rolling fresh sushi with spicy tuna. Prepare pan-fried soba noodles seasoned with sesame, soy and oyster sauces, topped with fiery chili flakes to awaken your senses. Close out your session by baking a decadent flourless chocolate cake with matcha green tea custard.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

10/10 would recommend this class for anyone looking for a good time with loved ones or to meet new people. Chef Cregg is an amazing teacher and I will definitely try to take more classes with him!

Friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. Expected more hands on instruction though since I am a beginner. Wasn't fully present thoughout.

It was fun for the first time ever doing one of these. But maybe we shouldn’t have gone to one where we were very familiar with the food? Hand rolls were the best! The peanut sauce was my least favorite thing, but I’ve had and made lots of peanut sauces. The stir fry was not really stir fry but a soggy mess. Dessert delicious. Meeting new people for some laughs was excellent. Now I have an idea what these events are like.
