Start with a homemade orecchiette pasta salad with kale, tomatoes and red onions as an intro to pasta making. For the main course, pillowy soft, hand-rolled potato gnocchi pairs with a savory bolognese sauce made with tomatoes, beef and pork, and pairs with a side of roasted vegetables. For dessert, whip ricotta by hand and top it with fresh berries and mint.
