Prepare for a burst of flavor in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jess, where you'll discover how to make all aspects of a Mexican feast with dishes you can savor again and again.
Begin with esquite, a traditional salad, made with grilled sweet corn, queso fresco and cilantro with a sprinkle of secret spices. For the main course, Chef Jess will show you how to expertly roll enchiladas with shredded chicken, Guajillo peppers and melty cheese with a side of tomato-studded Mexican rice. Finally, lightly fry churros dusted in cinnamon sugar and dipped in melted chocolate sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
