This hands-on cooking class with Chef Devin explores flavors from Asian and Cajun cuisines and combines them into one show-stopping meal. You'll craft modern takes on recipes from both cultures as you learn smart cooking techniques along the way.
Begin by filling and folding spicy Cajun pork wontons infused with various spices. Then, Chef Devin will show you how to make jambalaya fried rice with a blend of fresh shrimp, chicken and andouille sausage followed by a crisp kale Caesar salad. End with freshly baked strawberry shortcake topped with homemade whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
