When it comes to preparing a plant-forward spread, this hands-on cooking class from Chef Patricia is a perfect introduction. She'll show you the secrets to assembling dishes that showcase spectacular vegan flavor in every bite.
Start your lesson with a kale salad topped with apples, walnuts and vegan feta. Then, prepare vegan Salisbury steak meatballs with zesty garlic-smashed potatoes and Parmesan-zucchini chips on the side. And finally, finish your journey with a chocolate mousse tartlet made from melted chocolate, coconut milk, silken tofu and agave syrup.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Patricia started her culinary career in 2000 as a Walt Disney World College Program intern. She spent ten years honing her culinary and pastry chef skills by working in numerous three star restaurants, patisseries and gluten free bakeries. In 2020, Chef Patricia won an award for best vegan side dish. Currently living in Atlanta, she spends her time cooking and baking while focusing on plant-based gourmet cuisine.
