Learn how to create perfectly folded Asian dumplings packed with flavor.

Dive into this Asian dumpling workshop as Chef Gill shows you how to make dumplings in three deliciously different ways. In this hands-on cooking class, you'll prepare flavorful fillings from scratch before you fold each dumpling into an edible work of art.

You'll then learn three different ways to cook dumplings by steaming, deep frying and panfrying. Before enjoying your authentic dumplings, create three sweet and savory dipping sauces that take your dumplings to the next level. Finish with sweet, crispy pan-fried apples.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
