Chef Gill's career has taken him around the world, from teaching at Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles to recreational courses in Santa Monica, Brooklyn and NYC. He holds a degree from Johnson and Wales University and a graduate certificate in gastronomy from the University of Adelaide. With cuisine specialties that include Asian, Italian, Spanish and French, Chef Gill is eager to help students of all backgrounds become skilled home chefs.
